DAY 1:

Things couldn’t have gone much better on Day 1 for the Gangurrus, who opened their campaign with six straight wins. The men kicked things off against familiar foes New Zealand, followed by the women who made light work of Kenya, Jamaica and Fiji.. All while Jonah Antonio was lights out against Nigeria, scoring all 12 of his points from the arc before crashing the Scots’ host party with a statement win.

The Wombats weren’t far off either, with a double-header against England producing two gritty performances. The men fell just short after finding themselves in the thick of a thriller, while the women faced a tough contest of their own and unable to match another quality English outfit.
